ACTION VAN

Designed before the #vanlife era, this 2011 Mercedes Sprinter was built to balance comfort, simplicity, and utility. At the core of the van’s functionality is the couch, a key component usually missing from vans of this length. One-third of the bed frame does double duty as the back of the couch. Switching between bed mode and couch mode is easy and takes less than 30 second. And rather than use a fixed water tank (which can be difficult to fill and clean), we created a carrier for four jerry can, each of which can be easily removed for filling. The “garage” was kept open to allow for transporting bikes or gear.

CARLWAGEN

Carlwagen is the second edition of our Sprinter platform, this time executed on the second generation NCV3 chassis (2004). We adapted the configuration and systems to this slightly shorter wheelbase (140”) van.
